Sasha Noe, DO, PhD, is a dual doctorate, board-certified award-winning Family Medicine Physician and Researcher, Best Selling Author, Speaker, Consultant, and expert in Preventative Medicine, Chronic Disease Management, Cannabinoid research and Medical Cannabis. After earning her bachelor of science in biology with a minor in chemistry at Palm Beach Atlantic University in 1994, she went on to earn a masters and doctorate in medical microbiology and immunology at the University of South Florida College of Medicine in 2000. The focus of her dissertation was the cellular and molecular distribution and function of Cannabinoid Receptor 1 in murine immune cells as well as the role of cannabinoids in HIV infection and replication. Dating back to the mid 90’s Dr. Noe earned several awards both regionally and nationally for her work in cannabinoid research, most notably, the Young Investigators award from her research on cannabinoids and HIV. Over the last 2 decades she has presented her research at numerous scientific conferences and societies across the country including the International Cannabinoid Research Society for which she is currently a member.
